2. Hosting
This website is hosted on servers operated by Hetzner Online GmbH.
When the website is accessed, the server automatically processes technical information. This may include in particular:
- IP address

Processing serves to provide and secure the website.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR.
3. Web analytics with Umami (consent only)
This website uses the self-hosted, cookieless web-analytics software Umami – but only if you explicitly agree via the notice shown at the edge of the page. Without your consent no analytics take place: neither page views nor gameplay events are recorded. If you decline, analytics stays permanently disabled.
With your consent, the following information may in particular be processed:
- pages accessed
- browser used
- device type
- approximate country of origin
- time of the visit
In addition, anonymous gameplay events are counted: the start and end of a round, the number of players, the round duration, and the category an entry is made in. The names you type are not recorded and never leave your device.
Umami runs without cookies and stores no personal profiles. The data is not used to personally identify individual visitors.
The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by clearing this site's data (its local storage) in your browser; you will then be asked again.

4. Gameplay data and multiplayer
One Hundred Women is a multiplayer game. No registration and no user account are required to take part.
During an active round, the data needed to run the game – such as the nickname you choose, the room code, and your entries on the board – is processed only temporarily in the server's memory, in order to enable the shared game between players.
This data is not permanently stored in a database. Once the round ends or the room closes, it is discarded.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have, in particular, the following rights:
- access
- rectification
- erasure
- restriction of processing
- data portability
- objection to processing
- withdrawal of a consent you have given
- lodging a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority
6. Changes
This privacy policy may be updated when technical or legal requirements change.
